Ways to Give
Family Promise has many ways to give and each one makes an incredible impact on the life of a child experiencing homelessness in Barry County.
When a family loses their home, it also means they lose a lot of their possessions – kids have to leave behind their favorite toys, their beds and warm blankets. That’s where you come in. By making a monthly gift, you will be helping to provide those critical basic needs – the bare necessities – while providing a foundation of support for families who have hit this bump in the road.
You can be the reason a child has diapers, the reason a mom can get to work when her car breaks down, the reason a child has a safe place to lay their head at night. Each family in our shelter won’t have to worry about how they will get what they need for their kids. Thank you for helping give these families hope for a new home and a better future.
If you are interested in making a monthly gift, just select “Recurring Giving” on our Donate Page.

Wish List
Most families arrive at Family Promise with a few garbage bags of clothes and essential supplies. Everything else was left behind. When a family moves on from Family Promise, we send them off with the items they need to settle into their homes – and it takes a lot. Below is a list of the items to consider.
We are accepting in-kind donations by appointment.
